At Patta, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
